After a strong high school career in basketball for Buckeye South High School in Rayland, Ohio, Dianne attended Kent State University on a full varsity basketball scholarship. Graduating cum laude from Kent State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Dianne continued her interest in basketball by working as an assistant basketball coach for Bethany College for one year after graduation, followed by work with an adoption agency in Columbus, Ohio. In 1996, Dianne graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law, and she was an editor of the law review. She then worked for a law firm in Huntington, West Virginia, in general litigation where she gained valuable courtroom experience. Dianne began focusing her practice in the areas of domestic and employment law in 2002. In 2006, she founded the law firm of Einstein & Poling, LLC, so that she could provide better, more attentive service to her clients. Dianne is a volunteer for Vision and Vocational Services, a non-profit organization that helps the visually impaired and disabled, as well as the Franklin County dog shelter. She is also is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, West Virginia Bar Association (inactive), Ohio State Bar Association, New Albany Rotary, , Ohio Women’s Bar Association, and Central Ohio Association for Justice. Dianne has also received the honor of being nominated as a “Rising Star” in the legal profession. Dianne is married and resides in Westerville, Ohio. |
